Feedback From Course Participants
The training is engaging, gave huge amounts of clarity and I'm grateful for Sarah's supportive, knowledgeable teaching style."
Once I realised the services that I offer to support people with their mental health, emotional health, and overall wellbeing, were excluding the LGBTQ+ community I couldn't ignore it anymore!"
What I've learned in this training is there's so much more that I need to do to be an effective ally and LGBTQ+ inclusive. What I love about the course is that Sarah provides some really simple, actionable steps that make a big difference and that you can implement straight away!"

LGBTQ+ Inclusion 101 Quiz - Multiple Choice
You feel afraid of getting it wrong or offending someone from the LGBTQ+ community.
You don't feel confident or knowledgeable enough to state you're LGBTQ+ Inclusive.
You worry about what to write on your website and in your marketing copy, or how to engage potential LGBTQ+ clients and customers.
You've never thought about how you need to change your business services so they are inclusive for LGBTQ+ people.
You don't believe you have any LGBTQ+ customers, business partners or team members (so you'll work it all out when you have to!)
I'm an LGBTQ+ life and business coach, podcast host, inclusion trainer, and consultant. My professional background includes over 20 years of corporate experience as a human resources manager and senior leader.
Four years ago I left all that behind me to work for myself, and I haven't looked back since!
I'm a trainer for the UK's first Ofqual accredited LGBTQ+ Inclusion In The Workplace Training and a proud board trustee for MindOut, an LGBTQ+ mental health charity based in my hometown, Brighton, UK.
I struggled for many years to accept my sexuality as a gay woman. I know only too well how being LGBTQ+ can have a negative impact on mental health, confidence, self-acceptance, and our ability to achieve our fullest potential.
LGBTQ+ people need your help and support and yet sadly many well-meaning businesses alienate, discriminate, or feel unsafe for LGBTQ+ people... often without the owners even realising they're causing upset or discomfort!
This is why I'm so passionate about supporting amazing business owners like you who are ready to lead the way when it comes to LGBTQ+ inclusion and allyship.
Thank you so much for being here. Your allyship is so needed.
